Terms And Conditions

Terms and Conditions are a standard professional practice for Fairylandportraits and Fantasy Artist Judy L. Haron. This helps all of our valued clients to know what to expect from us and helps all commissioned projects run smoothly.

1). All clients who commissioning original fantasy portraits will be sent a small letter of intent in which all the terms will be written, agreed upon, signed, and dated by all parties concerned.

2). All bookings for any original commissioned work will be considered valid with a 50% DOWN and the letter of intent signed by all parties concerned. If for any reason a client needs to cancel, all clients must give a 30 day notice prior to projects agreed upon start date in the letter of intent. Once the project has begun on the start date stated in the letter of intent, the 50% DOWN will be considered nonrefundable. The remaining balance of 50% will be due upon completion.

3). All confirmations of bookings will be confirmed by e-mail or mailed to your address of choice along with any invoices as well as the letter of intent.

4). A discount of 10% will be given to each individual subject being added to the same fantasy portrait painting.

5). All Rentals, Photography Sessions, Private Sittings, Shipping, Insurance, and Sales Tax is extra.

6). Any work in progress is available to be seen mid-way trough, usually after all the faces of the subjects depicted in the drawing or painting are complete. Pictures of the work at the portraits mid-point can be either sent via the regular mail to the clients desired address or a digital picture can be sent to your e-mail address. Please realize at this point that the faces might go through another adjustment as the painting is being completed.

7). All portraits will be shipped to client when the commissioned portrait has been completed and the 50% balance has been paid.

8). A photograph can be sent to the client of the completed fantasy portrait. Minor adjustments that take no longer then 1-2 days are available at no further cost. Any additions or changes that significantly alter the fantasy portrait after it has been completed the client may be subject to additional charges.

9). All rentals, photography sessions, private sittings, travel expenses, lodging, insurance, shipping cost, and sales tax are additional.

10). A referral can be arranged for local clients who need a name of a good framer. All fantasy portraits are shipped unframed in professional portrait containers. To insure their condition, shipping insurance is highly recommended. FairylandPortaits.com will not be held libel for any loss or damage due to shipping the portrait or reference materials before and after they are sent.

11). Please be careful when sending any photographs or reference materials. Only you know how valuable they are.Fairylandportraits.com or Artist Judy L. Haron will not be held liable for any material that are lost or damaged. We strongly advise to send us quality copies. Please, no Polaroids . Polaroids seem to distort the subject matter especially faces.

12). Please know that we do our best to capture the likeness of each and every subject in your fantasy portrait. All fantasy portraits created by FairylandPortraits.com and Artist Judy L. Haron are an artistic interpretation of the subjects being rendered. .
