The Artist

I graduated in 1986 form The Fashion Institute Of Technology in New York with a AA in fashion design and a BFA in illustration. I worked as a professional textile designer for eight years in New York and in Denver Colorado.

In 1993 I started my own faux finishing and mural company. My faux finishing work has been featured in several publications in both Denver and in California.

After starting a family in California, I started to brain storm for ideas that would allow an artist mom on toddler's hours to redefine her art career. The big idea must be in there some where. I began by combining all my favorite things that made me happy visually and that I would love to paint. By combining portraits, fairy's, water, nature, and fantasy art, FairylandPortraits.com was born. It is my greatest hope to not only meet your expectations but to surpass them.
